24/7/365 LAB SERVICES

Healthlink offers timely, accurate lab results 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year so your facility will always be able to get the lab results it needs, whenever your patients need them. Most tests are reported the same day of collection, and STAT testing is always available with a 4 hour turnaround time in most cases (conditions permitting) through our network of contracted STAT hospitals.

DESIGNATED, EXPERIENCED PHLEBOTOMISTS

Your phlebotomist will draw your residents according to your schedule. Our certified phlebotomists are Level 2 Background Check cleared, have many years of experience drawing elderly patients, and are extensively trained in specimen collection and handling. This reduces the possibility of unperformed tests and unnecessary recollects.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT MANAGERS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Your facility will have a dedicated account manager that will take care of all your laboratory-related needs. They will be your sole point of contact to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. No more 15 minute phone call hold times or being bounced around from one department to another (only to get hung up on). The account manager will always be available to your facility and provide In-Service Trainings at your request. At Healthlink, we pride ourselves on our caring, dedicated account managers - consider them a part of your facility’s team.

CONVENIENT ORDERING AND RESULT REPORTING

Healthlink lab orders can be placed through our Online Portal or Paper Requisitions depending on your preference. Lab results are reported to your facility via the method of your choice, which includes: Fax, Online Portal, and EHR Interface. Healthlink is integrated with leading long-term care EHR providers, such as PointClickCare, ensuring lab results are transmitted directly into your resident’s charts. In addition, your team has the ability to view cumulative lab reports via the Online Portal in order to monitor result levels over time.
