Healthlink Diagnostic Laboratories offers the full range of laboratory testing utilized by Healthcare Providers in the screening, diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of health conditions and diseases. Our dedicated account executives will serve as the main point of contact for all your laboratory services. During the account setup process, your account executive will meet with your practice to understand your current problems and will then present solutions to address them going forward. Providers will feel the difference of the Healthlink experience from day one and beyond, and we will work every day to earn the trust that physicians have placed in us by choosing us as their preferred laboratory service provider.
TIMELY RESULTS
We deliver next day laboratory results for the vast majority of tests. Please review our test menu to see our comprehensive lab services across all specialties, including: Chemistry, Endocrinology, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, Toxicology and Urinalysis. Our team will provide you with all the necessary specimen collection and lab supplies required for your testing needs.
DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER AND PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE
Your account executive will always be available to your practice, serving as the primary point of contact for all your lab services. If you need to call the laboratory, you will always be greeted by a real, locally-based customer service representative to assist you and your team. No more 15 minute call hold times or being bounced around from one department to the next, only to be hung up on. We understand the value of our client’s time, so we choose not to use an automated dial-plan at Healthlink.
CONVENIENT ORDERING AND RESULT REPORTING
Depending on your preference, lab orders can be placed both through our user-friendly Online Portal and Paper Requisitions. Our requisition forms can be customized to your practice’s needs, limiting the amount of time spent entering repetitive information on each order. Lab results are reported via the method(s) of your choice, which includes Fax, Online Portal or EHR Interface. Healthlink is currently integrated with leading EHR providers, such as: eClinicalWorks, Practice Fusion, AdvancedMD, Kareo, MediTouch (HealthFusion), OncoEMR (Flatiron), AC CareTracker (Amazing Charts), and ChartsPro (MTBC). In addition, providers have the ability to view cumulative lab reports through our Online Portal to assist in monitoring lab result levels over time.

We aim to develop long-term partnerships with our providers in order to assist them in delivering quality patient care. During the onboarding process, your account executive will work with your practice to understand your current laboratory problems and how it impacts day-to-day workflow. Healthlink will develop custom solutions to address these problems going forward and streamline your laboratory protocol, allowing your practice to focus on providing patient care instead of dealing with lab issues.
